Charges, Fees, and Payment Schedules

 

Application Fee (Non-refundable) $50.00 per child

 

Preschool (8:00am – 11:00am) – 5 days per week - $340/month 

Preschool (8:00am – 11:00am) – 3 days per week - $230/month 

Preschool (8:00am – 11:00am) – 2 days per week - $160/month 

                                                                                                    

  • Preschool fees are billed on a 10 month schedule.
  • In order to be prepared to enter Kindergarten, four and five year olds should attend 5 days per week.
  • 3 year olds may choose a five, three, or two day week.

 

Extended Care

7:30am -8:00am before school 

11:00am -5:00pm after school

 

Extended Care is billed by the hour based on the following:

                                      5 days per week - $3.00 per hour

                                      3 days per week - $3.50 per hour

                                      2 days per week - $4.00 per hour

                                      Drop-in rate - $5.00 per hour upon space availability

  • The Extended Care billing cycle is from the 16th of the month to the 15th of the next month.
  • 15 minutes past the hour will constitute a new complete billing hour based on your individual use rate listed above.
  • There will be a $2.00 charge each day for early morning drop-off (prior to 7:50am)
  • Late pick-up fees apply beginning at 5:30pm…$1.00 per minute with a $5.00 minimum charge.

You will be asked to select one of the plans listed above. This is necessary to plan for staffing.  You may choose the days of the week you wish to use, however, should you need to change days (not number of days…ie: MWF one week and MTW another week) you will not be charged if space available.
